Someone who respects the needs of the citizens of Bay City. Finally someone who has a vision to overcome this mess that Bay City Water And Sewer customers are stuck with.

Please help us overcome the "STRONG ARM Robbery" that the City Of Bay City has on it's water/sewer customers.

Hard to believe that since the 90s the City could not pay down the fine it was charged for polluting. Now they are breaking the backs and the wallets of their residents. As Bay County Tax Payers the citizen's of Bay City are asking for financial relief from this Mis- Managed Water and Sewer facility.

I have said it before and will say it again this is nothing more than " TAX" or revenue maker for the city government. I see millions sitting in funds and no additionally payments made on the principle of the water sewer bond. Between the Water and Sewer and electrical the city is making money and not paying down their debts thus putting the additionally financial burden on it's residents.
